Summer starts with a a few extra days of vacation and an open heart sequence! Welcome and thanks for participating in the Yoga Summer School experiment. This program starts with a little visual history that some of you may have seen and others have yet to experience. Here is  a photo sequence you can use, probably one of the most useful sequences of all, as a guide to follow while you watch! What you are about to see could cause of reaction of “impossibility” or “no creyo yo,” but instead suspend disbelief and for a moment allow yourself to experience the freedom that yoga can create. If you pay attention, you will never see a wince of agony, there is delight in movement; allow that to guide your path.

2 blocks

1 bolster

1 blanket

45 minutes.
