Buongiorno! Here’s our first video for the Summer School program. Filmed in Lucignano, a beautiful walled city in Tuscany, Italy.

It’s a simple range of motion exercise for the shoulders that can be repeated multiple time a day, and multiple times a week. This helps increase strength and flexibility of the shoulder joint and it’s attachments.

It is important that the hand makes contact with the shoulder. If you do not have that ability, please await one of the next shoulder videos that will address this.
