All meals included in the workshop price.

Food is prepared daily: fresh caught fish, homemade tortillas, salsas, traditional Mexican recipes made by a chef who has worked with the family for many years. Daily agua frescas prepared from fresh fruits. Delicious dinners prepared by a chef with culinary training in many cuisines. Did we mention the homemade tortillas!?

*Special diets can be accommodated including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-free, etc.

A deposit of $500 will hold your place.

You can make incremental payments until the full amount has been paid.

Full payment for the workshop should be received by Oct 1, 2019.
There is limited space, so room selection is honored by the date we receive full payment.

Cancellation Policy

We hope you won’t have to, but if you need to cancel for any reason…

  • you will receive your payment minus $600 if you cancel by Sept 1, 2019. **If a suitable replacement is found, you will receive your payment minus a $200 administration fee.
  • if you cancel after Sept 1, 2019, you will not receive a refund unless a suitable replacement is found, then you will receive your payment minus $375 administration fee.

How to get there.

Airport

The nearest airport is:
Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

*The resort is appx a 1hr drive north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Recommended arrival time to PVR is between 11am and 4pm.

Group Taxi

We will organize group taxis from the Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) to the hotel. Price will range from $20-$50 per person depending on how many passengers are in the taxi.

*If you plan to go in a shared taxi, recommended arrival time to PVR is between 1pm and 4pm.

Nearby towns to explore

Sayulita

Fun shopping and nightlife. Great wine shop with a wonderful mezcal selection. Good restaurants and small organic grocery.

San Pancho

Great little town with cool shops and restaurants. Lot’s of local art, and street vendors.

La Peñita

Thursday morning market days have amazing crafts, textiles, food.
